• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or force majeure.
• Losses resulting from disruptions to the user's internet connection.
• Any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Login WinMY's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Login WinMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the Login WinMY customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bonus rollover requirements must be met and no bets may be pending.

Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 3–7 business days, subject to the completion of all required security checks.
